Too much to do, too little time

So much is going on, I don't even know where to begin. Here in a couple of words, this is what has been going on:

• another ERCP procedure done last week, the first one didn't cut it, but this time my recovery is doing much better
• we bought a house in Hayward, California
• too many doctor's appointments to attend to, between going to the hospital, seeing my surgeon, my specialist, my physican and my ob/gyn and in between that ultrasound appointments
• our visa is in full swing and preparation for it is CRAZY. Gathering all the documents and filling out the forms. Hoping the visa process will be expedited because of my pregnancy because I'm high risk
• tying up 'loose' ends with some legalities on the home front

Let's just say I'm VERY overwhelmed....
