A nearly perfect Saturday afternoon

Yesterday Eric came home for a 5 day visit. This is a short visit because we finally have our interview with the US consulate in Montreal. We're hoping this will be the last of all hard work we had to do for our visas and the girls and I will finally get our green cards. After that at least all I have to worry about is this pregnancy, the surgery and then finally moving to California and enjoying our new home.

After we picked up Eric at the airport, we headed downtown for breakfast at Richtree. Then we head to our favorite gelato place, Solferino Gelato Cafe for dessert. Mel and Norm met up with us before they had to head to the dentist. While they were at the dentist, our family hung out at their place to wait for them and for me to rest since I'm on 3 different medications now. If things couldn't get any worse for me, I had one of my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday! When they got back, we headed to the Market for lunch and we also picked up some yummy butter tarts. After a great fish, calamari and chips lunch, all the girls headed to Eaton Centre so that Selena could do some shopping and the boys headed to Chinatown to get massages for their back and feet. It was definitely a great day, with great food and company. Now if only United airlines sent his luggages with him to Toronto, which included our baby's new car seat, the day would have been perfect.
*As of Sunday evening, 8pm, we are still waiting for United to deliver the baggages to us.

Breakfast @ Richtree and enjoying our fish and chips at St. Lawrence Market.
